De Koningh (1807 - 1870), also known Sophia de Koningh, was a Dutch artist about whom I've been able to find little information beyond the fact she came from an artistic family: she was a daughter of the Dutch painter Leendert de Koningh (1777 - 1849) and had a younger sister, Arie Ketting de Koningh (1815 - 1867), also a painter.
The dog pictured here is likely a Landseer Newfoundland.
